SUBJECT: Traditional Country Music can at last be seen on Television in the UK!

With the BBC television deciding that nobody in the UK wants to watch Country Music on television this new channel is fantastic!

SKY channel 279  - for fans of traditional Country Music.  These programs may look a little dated but to those of us who love both American and British (See below) Country music they are brilliant.  Please show more!!!  There is an audience in the UK who want to watch and listen to Country Music.  The parent channel (RFD) are going to re-run the whole of Hee Haw in the order they were first shown.  Please bring them to the UK.

SUBJECT: BRITISH COUNTRY MUSIC - there is a rare opportunity to watch British Country on TV.

BBC Alba (A Scottish Galic Channel) on SKY channel 168 Sunday evenings at 8pm.

Ceol Country is a program showing both Galic acts, who often sing recognisable Country tunes and, usually a showcase of one or more British Country acts.  Very much worth watching if you are in any way involved, or interested in the British Country Music scene.

Saying what I did about the BBC above reference them ignoring a massive Country music fan base in the UK, which I stand by, here I have to say that a Regional arm of the BBC is appears to have some sense!

Lets get behind them and support them by watching!  BBC ALBA's Ceol Country.

On the same channel usually just before Ceol Country is "Transatlantic Seesion - good Country and also worth watching - I have them both series linked!!
